It was a smarter long-term solution that will save me both money and future headaches. They were honest, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal on the work. I really appreciate their transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend this shop!

My service experience at CNC was great. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic test and I received an answer on the problem the next day. I was informed on the price of the part and labor, which was good. They also brought to my attention about a couple other things that they would recommend I get done, that could become a potential problem in the future. They quoted me a price on the work and I gave them the go ahead to get it done. I was given an estimated time when my vehicle would be ready and they held fast to it. My car drove well on the ride home. I haven’t got a chance to really drive it much since I brought it home but so far so good. Thanks CNC Auto Repair.

It's very frustrating to have to pay $1800 for repairs you didn't authorize and still have your vehicle making the same noise and pulling/yanking feeling you brought it up there for. I was told I authorized repairs and I know I did not. They quoted a price I knew I couldn't pay. I even offered to get my vehicle towed from the shop back to my place. I was told no worries, I didn't have to do it until I had the money. I thought that was weird but I figured they were being nice. This shop went ahead and did the repairs without my acknowledgment. (I had work done by them before and they sent a link for me to accept and decline the repairs). I did not receive that this time. I showed up to finally get my vehicle because I was told by another mechanic that I was being overcharged. They told me they already completed the repairs and I couldn't get my vehicle back until I paid them. Then I was shown an invoice that was $700 more than they originally stated. I had to wait another week before getting my vehicle, which is my only way of getting me and my children around. Now I'm pretty pissed and feel taken advantage of. I'm out of $1800 and my vehicle still has the issues I brought it up there for. Never doing business with these people again. This whole experience was shady.

I'm sorry you feel this way. We did receive your approval over the phone for a $1800 of the $4000 that was needed. I shop like mine never wants to perform repairs that a customer cannot afford or pay for upon completion. This situation doesn't work for either party. My vehicle has had recurring engine issues for several years. Each time the check engine light would come on I'd have something different fixed which would never fully address the increasing performance loss. I took it to CNC this time. Their technician not only found the cause of the issue within a day (which the dealership didn't find at all), the shop fixed it in two days. Note: They probably could have done it in one day but they also replaced my radiator. Loss of performance has been resolved. I was so impressed I already referred a co-worker to them.

When I barely made it to the garage they were so helpful and caring. The owner called me with their findings and expressed concern as he told me the problem. He recommended I take it to the dealership. He sent me with the diagnostic printout. I’m hoping this will help to get the dealership to assume some, if not all the costs. It feels so good to have finally found a car repair place I can count on going forward, even if it’s an hour away. Thank you guys!! Update: The dealership did assume the cost and saved us seven thousand dollars! We cant thank CNC enough. We will foever make that long drive for all of our car needs. Their customer service is top notch hospitality too.

They charged me almost $1300 just to pur on a thermostat housing and two heater hosees and add antifreeze not to mention he call me back saying that my thermal stst housing was busted I needed a n extra $80 bucks ... just a rip off I would not recommend please take it to a dealership because for these prices at least you have more options incase these parts fails now I have to drive to Gonzales from mississippi

I do not have enough good things to say about not only this business, but for the owner as well. It is rare to come across someone who knows how to blend moral and ethic goodness into both their personal and professional lives. The owner was kind enough to help my family in a very dire situation. We were trying to get to a funeral in Florida and we were 600 mi away from home when my vehicle broke down. Our resources were limited, our connections were strained in the area, and we had no idea what we were going to do. Regardless the owner took it upon himself to step up and serve his fellow man. He not only confirmed the mechanical issues of my vehicle but gave me options on how I could take care of the situation right then and there using local resources so that I can get my family and friend back home safely. Furthermore he would even further out of his way to make sure that the final small unfinished business I had to leave behind he would take care of for me. This is a professional ASE certified shop, that not only has the experience and professionalism to service all your mechanical needs, but also restores the faith in that local community. I know we and that city are blessed to have a business like CNC Auto repair. God bless and thank you! P.S. He also has amazing referrals of proper Louisiana food restaurants to eat at!

I can’t say enough good things about CNC Auto Repair. I went there for regular service and everything was quick and easy. I especially liked how they updated me about my car via text and even sent me a link to pay so I could take care of everything while I was at work rather than having to do everything last minute. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and educated me about my car in a non-condescending way. They explained what maintenance I would need eventually, but didn’t pressure me into getting it done right away if it wasn’t necessary. I also didn't feel like they were selling me stuff I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Everyone I interacted with at CNC Auto Repair was very genuine and down to earth, and I will definitely be back again soon. I definitely recommend CNC, and I will be coming back for all my repairs. Patrick took the time to walk me through what was going on with my Hyundai and even told me it was okay to wait on some things that other repair shops tried to upsell me on. Great communication, fair price and got me back on the road quickly. Awesome to have an honest, locally owned repair shop nearby.

Highly disappointed in the work from this shop after dropping $700 on repairs. Not only did they completely ignore what I wanted done. My car is still making the same noise it had when I brought it in. If you want an oil change good job for these guys. Anything else may be over the uncertified mechanics they have. My requests and needs for proper work were not met and thrown to the side. Even the engine is dirty after y'all charged me $150 to clean it.

Almost left because the front desk guy was yip yapping on the phone for like 5 minutes before he said anything to me. Which I found to be super rude! I didn’t feel like going any where else at the moment so I stayed. But the service was quick when it was my turn to be seen.

I will forever recommend this company. I hate going to mechanic shops because I never know if I am truly being told the truth on what needs maintenance/replacement. I have gone to CNC for all of my auto repair needs because I feel as if Patrick truly knows what he is talking about. He tells you what you need done and that’s it, nothing further. He doesn’t try to sell you on things you do not need. This place does honest business and honest work.

Both the mechanic and front desk guy were the best! I broke down on the way from FL to TX, and not only were they able to get me back on the road the same day, but they closed a little later than usual just to make it happen! Refuse to flush brake system and replace fluid. Old fluid was contaminated. Shop manager said had to rebuild entire break system. Quote was over 4,000.00 dollars. Went somewhere else paid 250.00.
